PATTERSON — November 2, 2026. Patterson’s utility division says eligible single-family residential households may schedule two no-extra-charge bulky-item curbside pickups each calendar year, by appointment.
The collection days and booking
The city schedules bulky pickups on Fridays and says customers must call 209-895-8040 to reserve a date. Dumpster customers are excluded from the household two-pickup program.
Set-out rules to avoid a citation
The city instructs residents to put approved items out the night before the appointment, not earlier than Thursday night. It caps normal piles at roughly three cubic yards and forbids blocking sidewalks, hydrants or street access.
What the service will not take
Hazardous household chemicals, tires, electronics such as televisions, remodeling debris and other materials are excluded. Ask about the exact item and disposal route before leaving it outside.
